thats alot of coral for a new tank dude.. i did the same thing and its a crash waiting to happen. same thing happened in my 24 dx with the hair, it will burn itself out in about 6 months of good tank upkeep. do yourself a favor and get a better intake pump for your filter if you havent done so...

no, the suction cups are for the bottom of your water pump in your 3rd chamber. just put the ballast on the floor or you can run the lines into your cabinet and mount it in there. p.s dont use the bio balls and stuff in your filter, and get a better water pump. . .just my 10 cents
