I have been using the brightwell. I watch my blue montis and dose a little more if they start fading. I use a smaller dose daily.

It looks like you set yourself for it.

If your tank is only two months old I would call up the tank manufacturer and take a pic of their bad seal job. The corner should have a lot more silicon in it than that.

I was doing fine with a 25 watt regular bulb. Now I am using a 40 watt reveal white bulb. I seem to be getting better growth from the reveal bulb. I am also dosing a very small amount of the brightwell iron in my water daily. I am growing cheato, mangroves, and red gracilaria.

I actually looked up your thread on nano-reef. I saw your bigger tank on there as well. Maybe you should ask them for some credit.

I have one that I got a month ago. He is in a birdsnet that is partly dead, so I guess I can't be of much help with your question.

Take some pics while you are on the pain pills, I could use a good laugh. ;D On a side note, I would turn on the timer mode as well.

The number on the pics is always correct. The last batch I uploaded went out of order. I corrected it now.

I would go to the p mode on the camera first. Then go into the menu and try the different metering modes to see which one works best. Ideally the spot metering with a grey card or aim at a light grayish rock should give decent exposure. Or if you want to keep the matrix metering on, you will...

If you are concerned about the blurry fish, that is because of motion. I can't really tell at this size, but it looks to be in focus.

Perhaps next year, we can have more requirements however with little participation and time constraints it was hard enough just getting pictures.

If you have leathers, I would try running some carbon to see if that helps. I would still do a large water change.
