The only problem I see is the Blueline series, while very quiet and good power useage, heat the water up quite a bit.

Becase the output is under water so far down, and along an extended, it would take very very powerful pump with lots of head pressure to get the water out. The depth here is working against you. There is also no way to protect all of this from running back into the sump on shutdown.

I have owned AquaC 120 & 180, ASM G4, and Bermudaaquatics 3C. I would never buy another ASM. I love my Bermudaaquatics 3c the best, but the AquaC 120 is a good value based on price performance.

Haven't heard that, but I have seen better pressures at a much lower wattage. A 1260 @ 630 GPM, has more ooooomph that a Mag 7 @ 700 with less wattage.
