Whoops! I was definitely talking tang there. Sorry! I think a Regal Angel would be OK in a 120, as well. Just as long as you are going full blown reef. They really need the live rock growth to survive.

Personally, I say it would be fine. There are a lot of "tang police" around (and I am definitely one of them at times!!), but I do think that a 120G is fine for a regal. Just obviously make sure you QT the hell out of it (and all your fish!!!) because they are constantly coming down with crypt.

Yeah, agree with Phyl here. Looks very unhappy and ready to brown jelly, to be honest. I'd Iodine dip that sucker to be on the safe side...

What color hue is the XM 10K? Is it towards the yellow or blue side? 10K seems to be way hard to predict the color from brand to brand.

With livestock prices soaring at LFS all over (in my opinion, anyways), it's one of the few times I'm glad for Petco to be around (not that I'm pimping my job). Steady prices (although obviously hit or miss livestock).

Sorry, I do check them just sometimes forget to reply. I'm not sure I'll be around much late August, this year unfortunately. I never had any permits when I did it which is probably illegal as hell, but I used simply 2 large pool nets cut off to barely any handle and a mask/snorkel/fins combo...

I just like them more. They are a bit more aggressive, but my God -- some of the most beautiful fish on earth, if you ask me!

Skip the yellow tang and get a purple! :)

Eventually when I get a huge tank, I'd love to have a large shoal of them. Gorgeous little fish.
