How much flow is it getting. It Looks like it's in a shaded area they like a little more light and flow then a hammer. Green slime is probably cyanobacteria from the amino acids in the reef plus and the chromaplex maybe cut them back a little.

Instant ocean salt is fine. But eventually as your corals get bigger you'll probably have to start dosing because a 5 gallon water change may not keep up with the demand. .
