My 3 sexy shrimp finally got together and have been hanging out on a kenya tree- I bought a rock flower anemone for them yesterday and placed it about 4" from the kenya- they still haven't moved 'house' yet-rehomed a watchman and picked up some nice frags from @ericrodriguez and added a tiger...
I was thinking the same thing, but if small ones do get through they should be able to get back through too. I think the plus side is that it might not interfere with lighting
I've come with my own way to catch fish. I use the plastic mesh knitting sheet you can buy at any craft store/ walmart to divide the tank- water flows easily through it- you don't have to turn off any pumps. It's flexible so you don't have to cut it. it took me 5 minutes to get a fish out of the...
I saw this on aliexpress for about $5 cheaper, what do you guys think

It's always great for me when I can see , spend a little time and trade with fellow reefers, and come home with some extras. @ericrodriguez - your are always very generous, @Salted, always great seeing you and I finally got to see the 'machine' ( I didn't know you also made deliveries lol) I did...
Any particular color? I recently learned that all don't phosphoresce - just the 'ultimate varieties- I'll try to takes pics. One member here sells them- he's in Jackson I believe- too far for me to travel and shipping is too expensive- Ultimate Corals (?)
I'm in Morris county, would prefer to buy from a fellow reefer. Will be going to Sealevel some time this week- another option is Reefco- anyone been to either recently, any recommendations- Tanks! :D Mike in Parsippany is another option too
Do you have peppermint shrimp- small ones may not get them but older ones should- chemicals are never my first choice and don't know much about this one but some use AptasiaX
You may be right- I thought they were on the bottom- look for a hard tube- that's what vermetids have- spaghetti worms look like spaghetti- actually more like oriental noodles lol. If so, a couple/few bumblebee snails should take care of them
