Has anyone used this for Bryopsis and hair algae- it's normal use is to treat fungal problems. I've read that it will kill bryopsis and hair algae- not a long term control, but a good place to start while getting your parameters under control
Thing I found out about damsels. Most get territorial in smaller tanks, there are only 2 that aren't- Springer and Talbot- Springers stay small barely over an inch, but can be bought locally, Talbots are a bit larger but I've never seen them in LFS- all others can be had if given a wide berth-...
It was after seeing your devil in the 75g that I decided to get one myself- it's currently in the 30l and is fine with the chromis, talbot damsels etc- the only issue I foresee with combining the 2 tanks is the pink damsel - I'll also replace the coris too
We all spend a lot of time enjoying/ watching out tanks, the fish have habits and routines. It isn't until it's broken that I notice sometimes. I had a yellow coris wrasse that got up and went to sleep the same time every day- one day it seemed like it went to 'bed' early- didn't think much...
The devil is fine with the talbot damsels- it's the pink damsel that's a problem- chased a yellow coris out of the tank- I had 4 chromis in one tank before and they didn't get along- I plan on keeping the devil- the pink can go
I have a 75 g I want to get up and running. My original plan was to just move the stock from the 30l and give the tank away along with stand and hood. I have 3 other tanks- the 40b being one of them.4 tanks are just too much for me to handle, so I'm thinking about combining the stock from the 30...
On second thought, I'll pass. I'm sure someone else will grab it. If it comes down to the point where you need to get rid of it, let me know- I'm sure I can find room for it
2 of my sexies finally found each other- such a long way from one end of a 13g to the other :D - both are hanging out on a Kenya tree in a corner- the third is still mia, I have 2 Springer damsels in the tank too and one also likes the corner that the kenya is in and blows sand away- still...
