I'm in Mount Laurel now, but lived in Margate for 35 years, and know your area well. As George (tanksnstuff) said twisted is in Cape May and weinerdog is in AC, so he's really close to you.
I'm getting a "Page not found" when I try to access the links. :jaded:
OK, they just appeared, after I posted my reply????
Of those pictures, my vote would be for the 3rd one...the arch. Looks great.
I only have a 4 stage, 75 GPH unit and use the 1 Micron MATRIKX +1 Carbon Block along with the 1 Micron ROsave.Zs sediment filter, without a problem. The unit originally came with the 5 micron version of these prefilters. My pressure gauge is connected just after the prefilters @ ~ 60 psi...

Looks like a nice set up, good luck with it and welcome to the club.
It doesn't appear that there are any bulkheads in the tank. If it were me I'd probably remove the overflow chamber and drill the tank for a glass holes overflow or a beananimal, and add a sump/refugium under the tank, either...
I use Kalkwasser in my top off, but don't use a reactor since, although I do have a good ATO device, I do it manually.
Are you running a Ca reactor? I would get a second opinion on your problem, in case it is your equipment. Here is some good info...
