You may have to dial down the pump a bit. I use the megaflow from aqueon. Very good IMO and pretty quiet unless you try to push too much water.

Microbubbles will be the biggest problem. There is no way to get the left overflow over to the right?

How do you figure it will flood.

Get a 2" T. Then use reducers to get it to 1". They also have a 2"x2"x1" as shown in Paul's drawing. Then you only need to reduce one side

It's been a couple of years since I've been there. I used to get my water from them. Back then that's about the extent of what I would buy. Maybe they have turned things around. From me it's about 10 min away.

My manifold was about 18" above my pump then about another 12" up to the reactor. Never seem any clogging in or out. Is it possible calcium carbonate.

I don't understand how GFO could get into the feed line. Water flowing through should keep it clean even from salt creep.
