Change 100% of the water as often as you can. Make sure you're using RO/DI. Scrub the rock as often as you can! Pull it out by the handful. Find 100 turbos.

How long has the tank been up and running? How long ago did it go through the cycle? How did you cycle the tank? The only time I saw that cloudy look was from an ammo spike.
