Thanks Ed, I think they are pretty hardy. They look ok this morning. The only thing that looks really bad is the pulsing xenia. I know that is like a weed, and I could always get more if they die. THey are suprisingly more delicate than people think, and they travel really poorly.

this tank is an old tenecor i bought in 1986 when a "wet dry bioball filter" was new and all the rage. So the back of the tank, facing the wall is a large overflow. i empty the overflow and the main water is still in the front of the tank. Get It?
