I have had (bay tanks) in the past and wasn’t able to keep them alive. most aquariums just don’t have enough nutrients to keep them going. I think you will have to feed them to keep them for the long haul. Good luck

Yes I can, you can run a second dose after a week or two. Worked miracles for me. Your carbon dosing, and I have to dose nitrate and phosphate to have detectable levels. Crazy how tanks can be so different.
