Re: for trade at november meeting
I would like to trade some orange Montipora Capricornis and/or green with purple rim monti cap for some snails hermits or any algae cleaning critters. I can give up an orange 8 inch chunk from my colony or a 4 inch green and purple cap.

Hey Steve,
THats a bummer/ sorry to hear.
My question, are these flatworms just the Red Planaria? They dont harm coral, unless there are so many like the smothering plague.
Are you sure they are not the acropora eating flat worms, AEFW? If so, wow, that stinks. I just went thru that. Got a...
I use ozone. I have it hooked to a homemade dryer with desiccant beads that turn pink. It goes into my 6 foot tall DIY Beckett through a "tee". Right into the air intake. I find that my ORP is around 380 without it, and i have it on a controller to go up to 400. Most of the time it is off. I...
yea, trry to make one. they do well. i made several, but i like the look of the real one. i even made some small ones that go on the output of a powerhead. make sure you get that taper right.
Yes, I use them on most of my tanks. It is the best way to increase your flow/volume without sheer. I use them on all of my returns, there is only benefit to them. I have penductors and eductors. The eductors are more powerful and larger and also distribute water more like a tunze would. The...
yea, same here. i have to open up the valve that lets water back into tank. otherwise it floods. did you clean the beckett valve by taking it apart. it is made out of 3 pieces or so.

Hi,
I am running a Korallin 4002 calcium reactor. It is one I could grow into, for 1600gal. It takes 20 lbs of media. I have my effluent ph at 6.5, as recommended by the German made Korallin instructions. No matter how much co2 you add in addition, your reactor will never create an effluent ph...
Re: March Meeting Thanks & Recap PHOTOS!!
Thanks so much Debbie and Brian! What a cool setup, and so tidy. I loved the space behind the tank, great job with your wires. Great Pugs, too. Thanks for letting me win all of those frags. ::)

Am I missing something...where are all the frag postings for the upcoming meeting? Nothing available?
I went to the fragswap web page, only Ed is selling his zoos.
Clue me in!
