ask your self this? are you really gonna always want to have fowlr? how many bulbs in the t5 fixture, and if you are gonna use a non drilled tank, i like using a hob and a canister filter, then when you thouroughly clean one filter you still maintain a good quantity of undisturbed biological...

really glad ur still in it... i felt so bad seeing that pic of you with the skimmer next to the tree 2 weeks ago.... and if you don't over populate the coral, maintenence can be not to bad...
research or consequenses is the name of the game in this hobby... i'm only in it for 3 years, but have learned alot in this time, some people have tanks large enough to "chance" things, but in a thirty gallon tank you really should go by what others here might suggest as far as stocking levels...
don't forget the vermatid snails that are in your tank, almost every tank has them.... could be that, harmless although in very isolated instances i've heard of them becoming very populated.... and sometimes when you introduce new corals they will initially releas a slimy protective coating...

i personally buy most of my stuff at aquatic obsessions in avanel, but i've seen some real nice stuff at red sand in dunellen, and ocean galleries 2 in greenbrook maybe? then if your in south jersey there is the hidden reef, and in north jersey you have absolutely fish, they can be expensive, so...

i don't think anyone has an issue with him when he's there during the listed hours of operation. but as we all know from the jobs we work. part of service is being there when you advertise that you will be.... maybe he should advertise general times he may be available and insist on a call to...
