I will also throw in there that if you don't clean the pump that you use on the uv, that pump starts to underperform. maybe even up to 30%

use the bucket test to see when your carbon really needs to be changed. do a water change and examine the color of the water in a white bucket. compare that color to new water.

uv and carbon definitely clears up water. are you cleaning your uv sleeve regularly and also replacing the bulb? change carbon like every 2 weeks. the other thing is using a water polisher. i have a diy water polisher on my 29, the water is crystal but im changing out the filter floss on the...

im thinking about throwing mine in my 29. how do you like it? i feel like too many pumps is overheating my tank and switching out 2 for this one might be the solution. or do you think it'd be too powerful for a 29? go with the 10 instead? originally bought it for the frag tank but its not up yet

How are you keeping the temps down in that tank? I finally hooked up my inkbird and my temp was sky high. I think I have too many AC pumps running. I have that 303gph return pump, another that I use as a mechanical filter and a maxijet900 wavemaker.
