Re: I couldn't help myself (Remember the guy who tried to rip me for the skimmer
I did it a few times back when I was still hoping for the skimmer. I think he employed the forum's swiftness to his advantage. He'd just let the thread get buried and make a new post a day or two later.
And then...

What a goof, man.
At this point, now that I have a good skimmer, and I got my money back from the paypal claim, I'd just like to know why.
Why?!?!?!?
??? ???
My stupid snails keep knocking everything over. I'd like to be able to glue some of the stuff in place so that that doesn't happen.
What can I get to solve this and where can it be had? Locally would be best, but online is fine too, I guess.
THANKS!
Trying to bribe me with polyps, eh? You're just too far away for me right now. Hell, I barely made it home from your house in that crap-box I call a car. It lost all power before I even got to your place, then windshield wipers quit about when i hit 33, headlights at about Monroe, and in...
I've actually thought of placing an order with them, but then I'd need you to turn around and ship it to me, so it'd be no real help.
Sorry...I've heard really good things about that place, though!
Definitely frogspawn.
I got a head from Hef about 2 weeks ago. He snapped it off when the hard part was about an inch long and that thing has been doing great in my tank.
Given, it's just one head and it's only a few weeks old, but it's grown notiably in the last 2 weeks.
Hope that helps.
My poor pup had cancer surgery Saturday and we picked her up yesterday. I feel so bad for her...I had to sleep on the floor with her last night or she would just whimper and cry non-stop.
They actually took a noticable amount of bone out of her face.
:(
Basically, the easiest way is to get an account at someplace like www.photobucket.com or anyplace like that. Photobucket is free and works really well.
Copy the link on the photobucket page and come here and post it between [img*]post the link here[/img*]...

I've got mushrooms in my 55, and it's only about a month old. They seem happy, get really fat in the light, and then small again at night.
I'd say go for it...but I'd try and get a frag from someone. No need to spend a ton of money when it seems that mushrooms are one of those things that...
I believe he's a common pleco. Whatever he is, I paid about $3 for him when he was about the size of a...well, he was about an inch or an inch and a half from tip to tip.
Oh, how they grow...especially in tanks with messy fish!
You would sure think my grandfather would enjoy watching the...
Re: Guy is ripping me off for a skimmer on ebay but posting for sale items on RC
Still kind of pissed off how it all went down, and quite honestly, I just don't understand it.
What the hell is he going to do with that skimmer now?
If I see it on Craig's List, eBay, Manhattan Reefers or Reef...
Yeah. George is a good size.
It's actually kind of funny...
I live with my 94 yr old grandfather who suffers from dimentia. Well, about 5 or 6 years ago when i initially set up my freshwater tanks here in Jersey, Grandad couldn't remember the name 'pleco' so he started calling our pleco...
Hey guys,
Looks like I might be setting up a second SW tank.
I just talked to a guy who's probably going to be taking my convicts and plecos, in which case I'm going to turn my 29 into a SW tank, too.
Right now it looks like this:
I'm thinking sea horses might be fun, but that'd take a...
I take it you went with the venturi model, rather than the needlewheel vs.
I just ordered the skimmer and it should be delivered tomorrow. I got the needlewheel one, though...
I was more or less refering to the 70 watt version that is available on Dr. Fosters, rather than any modded version on the nano forums.
But cool. That's still like 4-5 watt per gallon with teh compacts. That should really get things a growin! ;)
