Could someone fill me in on the timing for this event. I would like to attend and hear Craig....and eat....but won't be able to get there until about 1:30. Will I still be able to hear Craig and have a bite to eat? That is, when is he speaking and when is the food being served?
Thanks.
Juan, here's another picture of it.....quite simple. The scraper portion is actually a store bought item....I actually purchased a second one at HD. It simply has two holes drilled into it. The scraper is held onto the acrylic portion by two nylon thumb screws.....and the acrylic is...
Realize the bigger you go, the more gas you consume.
I ran my entire tank (lights, heaters, pumps, everything), a refrigerator/freezer, television, home boiler and a couple lights with this $299 generator from Sam's......a 4550 peak/3650 running watt generator. Ran for over 7 days straight...
Here are the characteristics that I think are important in a magnetic cleaner....and there are a number of choices out there:
1. The in-tank cleaning portion MUST FLOAT. Yes, there are cleaners that once you pull away the outside portion, the inside portion sinks like a rock.
2. It must...
I think the Newspapers are fear mongering with their reference to Sandy, but I'm still getting prepared.
Just got back from filling up three gas cans for the generator. Not going to be caught again without gas. Also plan on running the extension cords from the generator to the house this...
I'm not sure what the 1/2 inch PEX is for, but that won't work for a drain or return. You can easily fit 3 inch pipe through a 2 x 4 studded wall. I'm confused???
Wow! I guess I'm dead and don't know it! I'll drink to that, with a medium-rare rib eye, while sitting on my overly sunny deck, picking my football wins for this coming weekend. Dance
Yeah, it flashed through my mind for a instant as well....and then I envisioned my wife in my mind eviscerating that though into tiny pieces, with now a view of doing the same to my privates.....so no new tank for me as well! :p
Here's what they did wrong......The positive cable strap was broken, so it was simply placed over the post.....they never told me it was shot.
The cable straps were never cleaned up and wire brushed. When the second garage saw the battery, he first blamed me for the install, and I told...
Stores like KMart let you order out ot season items and have them shipped for free to the store. With a quick look, I didn't find a five foot, but found a three foot for ten bucks HERE.
I've been doing a large amount of travel this past month....back and forth to NC. Made what was supposed to be a two to three day trip to NC that turned into a week or so. First I was told the battery was bad in my truck....new battary. Two to three starts later, and a distance away from...
I am impressed!!!! The only way I could ever tell species is to look for the label.
Now I'm not sure about wood that old, but pretty much all wood today has a stamp that tells you the species.
As example, if fir, it would be labeled Doug Fir or D-Fir.
Other labels your might find are...
As I'm pouring water into my Brute I see a 200 watt heater that sits up against the side/bottom of this polyethylene can.....and no problem with melting there....And the polyethylene most likely has a lower melt temperature.
I don't see an issue. I have two 300w heaters mounted back to back on an acrylic baffle using PVC conduit clamps. Here's a shoot of that baffle with clamps....while I was building the sump.
It's a miracle! After spending some time first figuring out what each cord ran, I had the tank back running last night, with the exception of my lights. It was night anyway and figured I'd work on the lights today. So I'm dinking around with the tank this morning and figured I'd plug in...
It's hard to believe your pH is that low.....unless you have a severe CO2 problem.
What salt are you using and do you do anything to maintain alk, calc and magnesium levels?
