Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Thanks for the reply, figured it was something holiday related but didn't realize you tried to amputate your thumb as well
That initial shot in the ER is a zinger.
Keep it clean and good luck on the healing.
Diana. Wow! Sorry to make you do the work, but unfortunately I need a cage at least 4 feet tall and 2 feet square at the base.
I do need a T5 setup, but might be able to use that 2 CFL bulb lamp. I can research and let you know.
Thanks!
Mark, Veileds are a bit too aggressive, and though we...
Thanks Mark, appreciate the offer but I'm looking for a permanent start.
Going to cycle a bioactive substrate for a month or two and stabilize before I ever pick up the cham.
Update. All went terribly.
So, I mixed most of the items for a test run and ran them in the dehydrator for about 30 hours.
The wet foods did not totally dry, which was expected.
They achieved about 70% moisture loss, then I was going to freeze dry them the rest of the way in the freezer.

Frustrated and decided to leave hobby, started selling stuff.
About 8 months later, got back in, started rebuying a few things.

If you give it a few weeks to adapt before the cut and paste it tends to fare a boatload better.
And, if...
Welcome back(ish). And yep, Seapora are the new Deep Blue. It is a totally different company as I understand it. Unsure if they’re using the same manufacture process or not but have heard good things about them.
Picked up a blood at Petco for $40 a couple weeks back.
As Mark said, they’re not as easy to find now and you’re going to drop $35-40 on the cheap end.
I’ll back it up as well. These fish are huge, beautiful, and healthy. Saw them 2 weeks back.
Would be all over it but think cramming them into my 30 might be a bit much.
