The green could just be an algae bloom due to the switchover. I'm sure it will clear up with time. If it looks like it's going to start taking over your sps, you might want to start clipping some frags off the top and keep them in a frag tank or something to make sure you don't lose any pieces...

Nice shots! I'm a beginner diver and a beginner photographer as well. That last pic reminded me of a short vid I took while on my honeymoon in Grand Cayman... Those suckers were everywhere and I was expecting to see some larger fish feeding on them... but none ever did while I was there.
