Yeah that's right... TB Aquatics either on his site or on Ebay if you're looking for smaller quantities. They're Uline bags, he just breaks the cases down into more manageable quantities. Go with a 2 mil. 1 mil is too thin, 3 is thick and hard to twist off to hold air unless you have a large...
We went thru this too. Uline was the way to go. Only issue is you're gonna get bulk! Case of a ton of them. If you wanna see the ones we got before you order them, let me know.
I've heard mixed methods, but mine has always worked for me. I usually take the remaining clown out and put him in a QT for a day or two. Introduce the new one to him/her in a bowl. Allow them to dance a bit and get to know each other, then release them back into the display. It's worked 4...
dynamite! LOL I'm more of a stabber of hitchikers. If you can't get him out, and you're gonna kill it anyway.... a sharp screwdriver to the temple fixes everything!
+1 I've always had success with Finnex if you're looking to not go too expensive. I know there's been mixed reviews on them, well and just about every heater on the market for that matter. Trust me, I had my nano go up to 94 degrees because of a cheap heater!
You're not the first person to post problems like this. My brother had the same exact problem and was debating on if it was his LED's being too bright or salt. He switched from Reef Crystals to Red Sea..... And problems began! I swear there's something to this.
Not to argue, but I beg to differ. I've had a few in my time. I have one that I can't chase away from my hand now he's so friendly and active. Others i have had, I never saw. They wedged themselves in behind a rock and stayed there. Obviously I can't watch the tank 24/7 so I don't know how...
The males incubate the fry for up to 3 weeks. I've had Bangaii cardinals breed before. Don't know much about this breed of cardinals, but I'm sure it's similar. You will need to feed the fry rotifers and baby brine for success. I had 19 fry show and only one survive a few months. Your...
No problem! Hate takin money from people this way..... We'll take care of you on some extras. You've been good to us. I like Mike's suggestion though. Recently another person had us check his water. Salinity was way low due to a refractometer not being calibrated right. I've always hated...
I had a peppermint shrimp dessimate a small maxima (2") overnight. I thought they were going after the few little pieces of junk on the shell, one of which was an aptasia. Woke up to find the mantles completely destroyed and the clam dead. Shrimp on the Barbie! Never again.
What's going to be the footprint of the tank? There's an 8 gallon Nano on Craigslist for sale (maybe biocube) that would be all self contained and with a good water change schedule, would be adequate enough for most softies and some lps.
