What fun is that Bax? We can just change the thread name like you usually do!
But pretending that I am interested in the topic:
How do CB's do with big fleshy LPS? My zoas are all but gone. I think my CBB does it when I'm between blackworm deliveries. ::)
I would love to add one if I could.
I like Iowa, but why would I go there to listen to the same few scientists and the reef geeks that are more entertainers than experts talk about the same old stuff!
I know, I need more fiber in my diet!;D But it seems to me the hobby isn't making much progress lately.
And I don't see LED's as...
Hey Phil,
You start up again and I just shut down again! I have a dozen babies at the 8 week stage. My LTA went walkabout and acutally moved the rock the clowns were laying eggs on. I moved eveything back where I want it and they have taken a break from spawning.
Unfortunately I shut down the...
10 weeks in and you're blaming the sand already! ::)
Bacteria blooms happen. It's a very young tank still and you have a decent amount of livestock.
If the pareameters are OK and other than the snails the livestock is OK, I would do some water changes and wait it out.
You'll probably get...
Great job Phil!
I'll have to make a trip and see your babies when they are settled in.
Thanks to all the members who played a part and to AO for the donation! :D
Amen to that!
Oh, I forgot the other secret ingredient! (I guess PaulB isn't around to keep me honest) BLACKWORMS!
Not target feed, but the frogspawn and hammers catch a lot of them. I have a couple of heads of those. ;D
Supplements: Weekly (usually ;D) water changes, Kalkwasser topoff, iodine
Food: Fish poop, food the fish miss, target feed the larger LPS occasionally with krill/mysis/silversides (depending on the coral size) and don't over skim.
