    CPU fans?

They make ones just for aquarium use, but you will definitely pay the price for them.

    CPU fans?

One thing to keep in mind when using computer fans on a saltwater tank, the bearings are not sealed and eventually will fail from the salt creep.

    Black Tree Anemone?

Same here. I'm almost thinking it may be a dying feather star.

    Bugs on my Zoos

Try dipping them in an iodine solution such as Lugols, or SeaChem's Coral disinfectant.

    fuge inhabitants

Any fish you put in the fuge will totally defeat the purpose have setting it up in the first place. A refugium is a "refuge" or safe place for your pods and such to populate and reproduce. If you introduce a predator then they will not be able to do so and you will basically have another display...

Anyone has Hydor Koralia in the back of the tank?

It was a design flaw that has since been corrected. That is what the recall was about and the reason they were on backorder for so long. I haven't heard of anybody that got replacements having any problems with them now.

    t-5 light reflectors

I haven't seen any reflectors that fit in the Nova fixtures. The fixtures are so narrow that you don't have room to put a reflector over every bulb.

    Tropiquarium water

Also try gently tapping the side of the hydrometer once you get the water in it. Sometimes small air bubbles will collect on the swing arm and casue it to float up to the top.

    What do you guys think?

Yup, same set up I have. But like I said, how would you get your sump out if anything happens to it if you put it in from the top? That brace across the top holds the front and back of the stand together. Very similar to the center brace on the tank itself.

    What do you guys think?

What folks thught you meant was that your stand had double doors with a brace between them. That is the brace they thought you wanted to remove. If you put your sump in from the top, that means you have to drain the tank to get it back out agin if it ever starts to leak or anything along those...

The question of PH comes up

You're the acrylic master, why not just make a hanger for you probes? There are tons of ideas floating around the web.

The question of PH comes up

I keep mine about 1/2 way submerged. Was never sure if the top end was waterproof or not. I do know that the bottom tip has to stay wet though.

The question of PH comes up

Mine was reading that high for a while, I re-calibrated my probe and now it's reading 8.12. Something you may want to look into.

Yellow Toadstool - not open ?

Doesn't matter. I alternate between the 2. If I am going to do a water change on my fragtank, I syphon from the sump. Regular water changes I do from the main tank so I can syphon the detritus off the rocks and sand bed.
