I would do this when they are on the glass or just a rock, the remaining ones are in between polyps so I'm nervous to damage those when I go for the aptasia. Sorry to hijack your thread twisted.
Lifegaurd makes the same feeder it's called the "intelli-feed". I believe the neptune one is about $100, the lifegaurd is the same minus the ability to control it with the controller and runs about $65.
I use about 1/4 cup of rox 0.8 on my 40 gallon system. I also change it about once a month sometimes a little earlier. BRS has a nice calculator to figure out how much media to use
You can try giving a dip in coral rx or revive. Usually zoa nudibranchs are close in color to the zoa they eat. You said they were on green zoas and they look green in the picture so they may be zoa eating nudibranchs. If it were my tank I would Do the dip and keep up with manual removal.
