Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
You could mail it in if that's easiest for you but we don't get those right away. It's a PO box and we only get mail every so often.
You could always just bring it with you to a monthly meeting instead if you plan on attending any of them soon.
Either way, I can still mail out your membership...
+1 on the 36x36 cube. It's an awesome size tank if you can fit that in your spot.
Also agree on the "go big" theory for the basement. More water volume is always better for stability reasons. Keep in mind though that this will also mean bigger water changes (more costly).
If you do end up...
How about maybe just leaning a piece of clear acrylic (plexiglass) in the location they spawn? Then, before the water change, just rotate the sheet sideways so the spawn is lower in the water.
PS - Welcome back to the club!
Mike - I'll have to look into yours. Actually Don may have to since he has records for the sponsorship payments. My spreadsheet is only current on the general membership.
For anyone else looking to join/fill out an application, use the following link to bring you to the "Membership" page. That...
If you're not in a rush John, I'd say wait because 10-15% is a big savings on a several hundred $ purchase. At least wait til next week when we have a schedule to see how*long you*need to wait.
Hmm, I think AJ is right. I didn't notice that the first time I looked at the pic (it's soooo dark so hard to tell). If it's a Dell, go to www.dell.com/support and enter your service tag # (found on the bottom I believe). Then search there for solutions and/or download the latest video...
Heya Mike,
I grew up in Cherry Hill and have some relatives that still live in the area. I have a cousin who lives right on Abington (the guy with the yellow Lamborghini  ) and I'm around there pretty often so if you ever need help with setup or whatever once you get rollin'... send me a...
I agree with Xavier. I'd start by trying to manually adjust the screen size from the monitor's "Menu". It's usually found with buttons near the power button on the monitor.
If that doesn't work, you can play around with the video card settings. They vary depending on the brand of video card...
No idea how I missed that! I swear I didn't see it when I made my last post. Anyway...
Wow, great idea Paul. That should work perfectly and fit nice and snug. Is there any "play" at the bottom edge of the side panels? Just wondering if you should have did the same thing on the...
That was my favorite response in that thread! (since his screen name was "superrmario")
Seriously though, boiling rock in a pot on the stove is a very bad idea. Bleaching or muriatic acid is a much safer way to "clean" live rock. Any method should be done in a well ventilated area though...
Joe,
Let's wait until Feb. 1st just to make sure there really isn't one that you just couldn't find. If no auto payment has been made by then, we can either have you mail a check or setup for recurring paypal payments (preferred). Checks just involve human interaction and need to be mailed...
