I got mine from k&j magnetically. They are encased in plastic, a bit pricey but worth it. I glue the magnet to ceramic base and the frag to the base.

Thanks, it's a birch veneer, and pine trim. I was going to use maple for the trim but realized that the stain I'm going to use is a dark espresso color. Not much difference when I tested the stain on pine vs maple. So save money go with pine.
