The pictures are nice but it does not compare to seeing it in person. I have to say the magnificent gobies do look amazing when their fins are out in display mode...and that's coming from a reefer who likes corals over fish!

Nice colors. If you want to speed up growth target feed at night when all the tentacles are out 2 times a week, mysis with some reef roids workes well for me. Not too much light at first slowly acclimate and make sure nothing is down current from it or sweepers away!

Know of anyone with a flexible endoscope...or something similar. Use it at night and have a grasping/biopsy attachment on. When in sight simply use biopsy clamp to break him onto little pieces or deal a fatal blow and let the clean up crew take care of the rest.

I run my blues 5- 10% more than the whites. So turn down the whites more than the blues and give it 2 weeks to see any results.

Had similar issue with my LEDs. Went from 90% max to 75% max and color came back while bottom dwellers were fine.

The photons have more wattage than the lumentec with more LEDs. 55 pots vs 40. I personally like two smaller units as I can make one side differ from the other and just gives more options...IMO.

Thanks Kschweer! Your stand looks great, I like the clean trim look and will follow with something similar on mine. Will not match the floor as my wife wants espresso to go with existing furniture. Will have to see how the stain takes on a test piece.
