You need to think about the parameters that the new colony was taken from....going from an alk of 7-8 to 9-10 can be a killer for some varieties.

+1 above, toss the pictured coral. It's beyond fragging and it will breed bacteria that will assault any others that may be stressed.

Why clearing the frag tank for good? Are you going to upgrade?

Lots of flow is good. I had a hawkings echinata that for to be the size of an orange. Some of the most amazing blue I've seen.

I may be wrong and a picture of actual coral (yours) can help, but ice fire echinata has blue tips with a white under base.

Jose, this is Sunny....his corals never stop growing. I'm sure in the months to come he will probably have to "mow the grass" (coral) again to prevent world war three amongst them.

I had a 55 gal that was that fake wood trim. Taped and sprayed it black to match the stand. Worked just fine.
