I've seen a ton of Identical ones pop up on Ebay lately coming out of China and Japan. They look just like the one you have a link to.....some have magnetic bases and the smaller ones have suction cups :( Looks like a total ripoff of the Korlia's and some look a bit like the small Tunze's too...
