Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
looks like a false perc - my true percs have really thick black bars around the white lines.
neat pick up though - looks like the bars haven't grown in as of yet.
I'd be interseted. Our school's pta has a calendar and they sell it to all the parents to raise money for the kids/schools.
I'd have no issue dropping a few bucks for a calendar if it helps to support the club - and also defer whatever expense mbodell you might have making it.
I think when phyl said "NO" bulbs - it was referring to Normal bulbs - the standard stuff you get when you buy the tank cover. You could get away NO bulbs instead of VHO, PC, MH, T5, LED.
just a comment on the cucumber or nassarius. I'm not sure I would categorize these two inverts as "OR"...

It has a pair of tongs that you could stretch and place just inside the lip of your bucket. When the water hits that level - it will blare an alarm. I have two - one under my tank and one where my...

Another visit...another wonderful experience.
I can't say enough about the team there - they truly take care of their customers. I'm not a guy that brings a lot of revenue to them - but still they treat me as if I do.
It was great talking to you again today. I will post back and let you know...
On another board I saw a guy who made his own fake "urchin" to give the fish something to hid in. Basically a small epoxy mound stabbed with lots of cable ties. Something to think about rather than having to deal with a live urchin.
his company is Reef Nutrition. Might have heard of them... :D
EDIT: Correction - the parent company name is Reed Mariculture - but the brand name I associate Randy Reed is Reef Nutrition.
Scored a clam from uniquecorals:
But more importantly - I scored some free Rotifer samples thanks to MOFIB. Now to wait for the clowns to lay eggs again.
congrats!!
When I'm at macna i'm going to check out the reef nutrition table and look for that rotifer culture you talked about. I lost the last batch (3rd) of eggs because I knew I wouldn't have time to track them.
ps. are you feeding your maroons anything special? My percs are spawning with...
