welcome to the site!
i saw on one of your other posts you were asking about sending a pm. Pms are allowed for folks who meet a minimum post threshold. That doesn't mean though we encourage folks to spam to get to that minimum. This is to prevent spammers from opening an acct and sending pm...
is it like "snot"?
it could be any number of worms.
If they bother you - a "bristle worm" trap might be employed - but for most reef tanks - bristle worms serve as part of the cleanup crew.
But if it's like snot then it might be a vermitid snail. Typically one or two is not a big deal but my...
hope you are ok with this chad - I moved this over to Fish/Fowlr since i think it's no longer an emergency.
LOL....Actually - the fish in the amazon is supposed to inhabit only bigger fish gills - but goes into humans accidentally.
So there is a precedent that you don't necessarily have to...
hmmm - this is a tough one - but the safe rule is NO exceptions.
I kinda agree with this but would be cautious IF your tank had other non-native species. It's rare but possible for a disease that was on say the atlantic royal gramma in the tank - to hop on the pacific clownfish that you plan...

Also she says so in that same post you linked "I'll be using an Octopus PRO 300S with a predetermined footprint and built the bubbletrap baffles accordingly" ;)
I don't know if they even make this...
i could be wrong but I thought she had a recirc octo - like this:

I just recalled seeing two feeder pumps. She definitely has a octopus skimmer - and yes she likes it a lot - but i don't think she has the extreme series.
I asked the same question - I specifically asked about the ATI Bubble master and the mini-BKs. It's interesting that in his response to you - only the "octopus extreme" showed up again. I wonder if they are getting incented to push those skimmers. Mott768 placed a negative review on the extreme...
Here's a pic to gross out everyone....
And after torturing me by hiding in the back of the tank, my jawfish finally found one of the barnacles I set up. This particular one has no PVC hiding spot underneath. I might add one of those later. The first one I put in is occupied by our firefish.

It's not a store- but it's a cool little place where you can take a look at a 2,000 gallon reef tank managed by harlequinreef.
