Thanks for the suggestions guys, dont know how to explain this but the tank is not just being supported by screws on the frame but resting on actual wood on the 4 support beams. I am not the one who built the stand, not a crafty guy lol my dad did but I will suggest to reinforce it.
Thanks! The tank is a 40 Breeder with a 30 Gallon Sump. I don't plan on adding any macro to the sump, just live rocks for now. I plan on adding an Algae Turf Scrubber to help keep NO3 and PO4 at bay.
oh, and don't mind the mess with the wires. I plan on picking up a RKL this weekend to control...
The Frag tank is almost finished. mixing salt in it now, just need to make the racks, add some live rock, skimmer and we are good to go. The 90 will end it's great run this weekend.
yes, you will need to remove them to dip and you must do this for several weeks because AEFWs lay eggs and at this point no know dips are proven to kill the eggs so you will need wait till they hatch and dip.
unfortunately, no proven in tank/reef safe treatments are available. Sunny did mention...
it's hard to tell by your photo best bet is to take out the acro and look for small circular bite marks on and around the base. if that is present, get something to dip your corals in like Bayer, ReVive, Lugol's. dip your corals and see if anything falls off. full grown falt worms are detectable...
