No black is fine,I agree blue is petsmart looking,but to name just a few-greens,browns..I dunno,guessing after awhile when the coraline algea grows it wouldnt much matter anyhow.

I agree with some of the comments.I too use a plastic recycling container with the locking dollie on the bottom.I only let water sit overnight as I mix the salt then transfer into the tank from there.I store water in 5 gal water cooler containers..I keep 5 on hand for "just in case"

So after 8 yrs or so of dealing with cablevision and pixels,slow comp,green screen and the list goes on,we recently had Fios installed...lemme tell you-in a word-WOW Now I finally understand why we bought a high def tv.I can see the grain on footballs,the grass on the feild,the facail hair on...

Depending on yr lighting...maybe open brains,more polyps,lobo's,bubble corals,chalices..the list is endless,thats why I love this hobby.gd luck in yr choices..

Mark,sorry to hear.Im not sure Im following along correctly though.Are the fish showing any signs of anything before they pass on?Cause Im thinking that not that you should keep yr nitrates at 12+ but Ive seen others have and keep fish with nitrates alot higher.
