For what it's worth I downgraded from a 150 to a 120,for me it's just the perfect size tank.Do I miss the 2 feet in space I lost, not really just more water to change.

I use the following: Magnesion-p calcion-p elemental- 8.3 I bought all of these in the biggest size available from my lfs and it only cost me $60.00 for everything, each container does 4000 gallons of water treatment.

I was having the same problem and then was told to use the brightwell products. Now my problems are going away. ;)

If you only want 1 overflow go with perfecto,mine has 1 corner overflow much nicer and easier to hide than the AGA duels or off sets.and they give you the overflow kit for FREE.

after my fuge section I have 2 baffles the first is tight to the bottom and the second is raised so I don't get any splash which equals no micro bubbles. HTH
