There are people that have friends that own shops and take people with them. I've done so in the past,in california they maybe trans-ship centers that allow walkins.

I've never heard of any wholesalers letting people in,if they're retail clients caught wind of them doing this I don't think they would have them anymore. I deal with numerous wholesalers and none of them allow walkins unless you can produce your buisness lic. and tax #.

Is your current sump a glass tank? If so can you get one a little bigger,put your old sump inside and just cut the silicone and leave the bottom glass in the new one? Just a thought.
