    Was wondering where everyone puts their probes? I have a ph, temp, and orp i'm setting up and wanted to know if i can just lay them on bottom of sump, or if i should build a rack for them so their off bottom and not touching anything?

    Put it in plastic bag, lower it in to bottom of tank and turn it upside down. Slowly dump it out. Worked good for me

    All fish are different. You can have two of the same and one will eat or act different than the other. One tang might not eat it and one might mow it down. Depends on the tang as an individual not as a specie

    Id go wit the t5. Leds are so new , not perfected yet, and prob go down in price in a few years. So much controversy wit the leds , no unit thats really solid that reefers are swearin by yet

    Id stay away from the catalina. They are a beautiful fish but their temp requirements are much lower than what a reef tank is. They should be kept in 60-70 degree water, Reefs are 78-82. So its not a good mix. If you try one it might be ok but wont last too long. Just a heads up
