ric are you talking about brightwell salt and carbon? I was talkin about the Zeo carbon and salt.
Don't get me wrong I like brightwell products and use several myself. I'm just saying this method is very hands on, it's not a set it and forget type of thing. It's a very precise and strict...
Here, I can cut and paste ;D

Reefer’sBest Salt
The success of of keeping SPS corals greatly depends on the quality of the salt with the
proper balance of elements. Our experience has shown that not every salt offered
meets...
I'm computer illerate so I don't know how to provide that sorry. I got the link from the top right corner of the njreefers pages. Seen it come up so I clicked it. On their site if you look at all the products they have to run their method like they do on their own show tanks it's a lot more than...
I had one in my old tank. Put it in and never seen it again. Then one night i was lookin wit the flashlight and found his hole in the bottom of a rock he was staying in. He lived till i broke down the tank. Never noticed him damaging anything the whole time i had him. Only downside is that you...
I'm gonne start vodka dosing myself. Seen a few tanks using this method and all the water is crystal clear and corals are very healthy looking with nice color. Are there any negatives to it? Any cons?
Yeah I looked into it further, its real expensive. Come on they " recommend " you to also use their carbon and salt. Besides their 10 products you need to run a zeo system, you have to buy their carbon and salt? The salt is like a 100$ for 150 gal shipped, and I thought tropic pro was a lot! I...
Oliver on a 180 you should have 2 seperate return lines, 1 in each overflow. Assuming it's a normal tank. Just put a pump on each return. If you don't like the idea of using 2 then just get the mag 18. I just know from experience that it would of been nice to have a second pump on my old tank...
You don't need an adjustable pump, just put a ball valve on your return line right where it connects to the pump. This won't effect the pump at all it's fine to do, and I don't really know a reefer who doesn't put one on
You prob don't need 2- mag 12's prob just add like a mag 5 or 9.5. 2 mags will be quieter than 1 reeflo of any model, they are fan cooled and that makes them loud. As for drilling i would def go to glass-holes.com. You can get a bit and ask them you give you a template with it. You tape it on...
I don't know it's hard to beat a mag for a submer pump. I'd just up the size or add a smaller mag to it. Then you'd have 2 pumps, it's nice when somethin happens to the one , no rush to fix it cause you still have the other one running
I dont think reachimg the bottom will be too bad for him cause he can reach in from 3 sides. Mines in wall and it's a pita to get at the front bottom, my shirt comes off cause I get my armpits and all wet.
I agree the inverts are as cool as the fish! Try air water ice for your rodi. I just got...
