Sweet set up i like the pics too... Does this work good for a bubble trap though? Are you using the well pipe as the bubble trap or the solid will do the same?. I would think the bubbles would go right out the 1" holes and to your pump. Do you have baffles in your sump as well?

Yeh it varies from bulb to bulb. One 14k might look different than another. 14k of a different brand. But they should be within a shade or 2. Plus you have to remember that a bulb takes a while to break in and show it's true color. So they might look closer after they burn in or maybe even more...

You could get a 180 thats 6' x 18 high and 30 wide. But it might look wierd being 6' long and only 1.5' high. My friends tank is 8' long and only 24'' high and it looks too squashed. In my opinion

I wouldn't cot the tips of the gorgonian. Might be a shed or new growth. I had one and the tips were always diffferent from the rest of it
