I'm sure they'd be fine. I'd put a screen on the overflow pipe so the don't ever get in and take a ride to your sump or worse get stuck and overflow the tank

I concur... get the gha out and just let the anemone be. If you have a ton of flow in your tank maybe turn it down a notch to let the nem go where it wants for a night
