But as we already know you should also pull out your under gravel filter, you shouldn't be using NSW, you shouldn't be adding sand/mud from the sea and you shouldn't be using local critters. ;)

I want to give the Fauna Marine LPS food a shot, the pictures from Cherry Corals are insane and I have a bunch of favia, acans, and chalices I would like to feed more.
Bio-spira I believe is the most popular and a lot of people swear by it but I did not have it available locally to me. I used Dr. Tim's which was great, it cycled the tank in less than two days.
