I hate them too, but they are necessary which makes them even more annoying. Most LPS ususlly like a lower flow, if you are going to do SPS then you want to go higher. We have a nano in our 20g just to provide some flow in the tank. We only have zoos and mushrooms in there and they are all doing just fine. However, in our 30 g we have 2 Korlia 2s because we have SPS in...

If you are going to just keep zoos and mushrooms you probably don't need anything more than a nano powerhead.
