    My sump is from glasscages.com Mine is 60 long 12 wide and 16 high,price picked up in Whiteplains NY was around $165.00 with the refugium conversion. Hope this help

    My tank has 2 overflows I'm going to use the 2 1" lines as intake and return for my sump and the 2 3/4" lines for a closed loop.

    Rustoleum or krylon prep using rubbing alchahol not glass cleaner it leaves a film and paint will peel. But be advised no matter what paint you use in time it will peel off the glass due to salt creep.

    My 150 has duel overflows I use 1 intake and return for the refugium and 1 set for a closed loop system. Works good for me.

    I scrub mine with a baby bottle brush and I also have a gun cleaning kit with a cotton swab attatchment I use. Hope this helps
