My name is Suman and I have been in NJ for over 10 years. I have been into fish since I really can remember. I started with freshwater as I’m sure most of the people, very much facilitated on Discus fish and had then like forever. I now don’t own any freshwater fish because I realized saltwater is more fascinating then fresh water.
I have multiple saltwater tank with total water volume 360 gallon. I am grad to be in this team.

Hi Everyone, my name is Dan. I actually do not live in NJ but westchester, I work in Rutherford NJ however and spend an inordinate amount of time at absolutely fish!
I have a 170g 6’ tank that is a mixed reef/ SPS dominate. I have been reefing on and off since I was a teenager so at least 20-25 years.
I am looking forward to meeting more of you and hopefully trading some corals with you all!

Hello everyone,
My name is Jason, and I’m excited to introduce myself to the New Jersey Reefing Club community.
I currently run a few personal reef systems, with my favorite being a fully SPS-dominant Red Sea Reefer 525. My main focus is maintaining stable parameters and growing healthy Acropora and other SPS corals.
In addition to my personal tanks, I also operate a licensed aquatics business in New Jersey called 732 Aquatics, based in Ocean County. Our facility runs two commercial fish rack systems along with a 300-gallon frag system, and we import new livestock weekly. Our goal is to provide healthy, carefully selected saltwater fish and high-quality corals to fellow hobbyists.
Im focused on serving the local reefing community by helping hobbyists source their dream fish and corals while building strong relationships within the New Jersey reefing scene.
I’m currently operating by appointment only and am located at 103 E Street, Brick, NJ. If you have any questions or are looking for something specific, feel free to reach out anytime at 732-692-0063.

My name is Jen. I’m New to the group and hoping I’m posting correctly! I was at Reefing USA this past weekend. I’m back in the hobby after more than 10 years out and don’t know how I was out so long! I had a 72 gallon FOWLR tank for almost 10 years and a 30 gallon seahorse tank back in the day.
I have 3 tanks now all about 3-4 months old.
-65 gallon reef tank (80 gallon total system) few fish and CUC. I started with a GSP in Feb (my first coral ever!) and just picked up my first “big girl corals” at Reefing USA still basic beginner stuff but totally new to me.
-45 gallon macroalgae tank with a couple fish and CUC which will be my seahorse tank in the future
-nano 4 gallon with a pistol shrimp and Yasha goby.
While I’m a nerd and love to research I’m looking for folks to help me along in the hobby as I’m still new to reefing specifically and there’s a lot to learn! Also things change a lot in the hobby in 10 years! Any tips on getting up to speed on the site would be appreciated! Already following on FB.
