    Thanks Crisp. Dan. My Firefish always hid in the rocks or a burrow underneath. Usually would come out only if I turned off pumps/all flow in the tank.

    Its my only one. Not reproducing very rapidly either. I only noticed it drop one baby in like 9 months and that one disappeared before I could contain it.

    Welcome Justin. As you read and learn you will find there is no one way to do anything. One thing most people agree with is to go slow. I rushed through the process, starting with cycling, and I believe it cost me in the long run battling instabity.

    Forgot to mention. I also dosed some bacter 7 almost daily when I started the UV. I now do it once a week. From what I read, dinos on substrate is the most difficult to eradicate with most people having to remove it (rip clean). Hopefully time and perseverance will pay off for us.
