if you go on RC - one of our vendors is getting a bad wrap for bleaching corals. I know at least 2 other people who have same issue and tend to lean towards light or just that these acans dont do well in captivity.

buy fish from sources that do their own QT so you could avoid doing yourself.

I would check RO/DI filters and TDS meter.

anything new in the tank? coral? fish? bulbs? ro/di water filters?

try testing with new test kits?

can you raise your tank and put sump from the top?
