Hello all,
Was just wondering if anyone knew of these people? If anyone has seen one in action or heard any reviews.

Just curious about it.. Still a little pricey, but definitely a nice feature for nano sized tanks.
Your thinking is just like mine.. I won't be putting any fish in this tank until the sandbed is alive and flourishing. I don't want to have to add anything to the tank except for maybe a treat here and there. It could be as much as 6 months maybe longer till I add any fish. By that time I should...
Damnit.. lol I hit the wrong key and wiped.. lol Anyhew That information I provided was taken from a silly site I found, but it did have some key suggestions. I was going to go back and modify what it said but then decided it was more fun not too. The intent is there, but the information is up...
Have to wait till day 15. Those are the rules.
15 Add cleanup crew
20 Begin water changes and other maintenance
30 Water change (10-15% every two weeks from now on)
31 Add 1-2 corals
60 Add 1 fish
Enjoy!
Morning of the 13th day. Algae bloom is leaving, lights are on full time and silicates are about 1/2 of what they were, but still at 2 or above. Three (4) gallon water changes and phosguard every 4 days should rid my tank of the silicates once and for all :) Tank is looking nice.. I am very...
The program has a limitation of like 225 gallons. I guess there are additional things that should be done over that weight that the program cannot provide.
Do any of you have any pictures of the stands you built?
ok.. and this might sound silly, but how do you know that the stand you made can support the weight that you put on it.
Basically I want to know or see something that says.. " If you build it this way it will support 1200lbs " Are there any guidelines anywhere? or do I have to research it to...
Hello there,
If you are a cabinet maker can you please reply. I have some questions I would like answered when building a stand for a reef tank. I appreciate your time and help.
are we suppose to bring food or something? Just want to know so if not we will eat before we come over.
1. What time should we come over?
2. What should we bring with us - food / drink?
3. How long can we stay? or what time is it over?
4. Are presents optional? heh
I know we need to keep this politically correct, but are you kidding me? That thing. You might want to do some tests. jk.. However, that unit will provide water based on your TDS reading.. basically someone with a tds of 315 will probably get about 20 gallons out of it. If they are lucky. You...
Hello there,
When it comes to ATO I firmly believe that this is an area you should not ever skimp on. I mean what is your peace of mind worth. I am not sure about the one you posted. But if you ever decide to get something really decent you might want to check this one out.
Tunze Aquarium...
Thanks so much for a great time at your home today. I rather enjoyed my time talking with people and eating that really good food ;) I appreciate you having me in your home and hope to see both you your wife and kids at future meetings. Thanks again for a great day! You have a beautiful home....
You are so the man! Damn dude.. that is the most awesome of stuff. I really hope that you still sell from time to time. I can't wait to get some. Excellent Pnoy.. Excellent!!
bubble algae can actually look like a lot of things
http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2002-02/hcj/feature/index.php
However, if you are seeing bubbles on your rock there is a good chance that all it is, is air bubbles that have gotten trapped in your diatom bloom. A few snails grazing in that area...
I was actually thinking of getting some of their stuff too.. They had a nice 24 inch light with everything I wanted and it was super cheap. Then I read a few of these

HTH in making your decision.
Yes, this is the fiji rock and not the fusion rock. Thanks for the nice comments. Even though it has a slight touch of brown on it now the snails are making good work of it.
Snails are on the top left, well two of them. :)
