Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Don't give up on it just yet. You may have shocked it quite a bit, and it just may need some time to come back in all its glory.
Some of my SPS bleached on me numerous weeks ago because I changed too many things at once, but they have all slowly recovered. Did yours bleach out rather quickly or...
And I heard something similar happened in Asbury Park. Here's a link I just found:
http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2008/12/power_outage_hits_monmouth_cou.html
A little over an hour ago my lights flickered, and I was prepared to get the generator going (again), but all that ever happened was a few flickers. Then I found out a little while ago there is apparently a HUGE power outage going on in Monmouth county (Keyport, Hazlet, Holmdel, etc. etc.)...
I will stay away from the Golden because from what I read they are not the easiest fish to keep (alive and/or happy). If I ever MUST have an angel, it will be a bellus.
Perhaps I forgot to tell mine that he was supposed to eat bristleworms when I had a sixline in my 75 - cause he never touched them. He had to have been an oddball though, because he became quite aggressive with everyone as he got bigger.
How many of you guys with dwarf angels keep clams? And if you do, how long have the 2 co-existed? I love them, they are so pretty, but I just won't chance it.
Don't buy it. You'll regret it - for sure. They are one of the, if not THE most aggressive of all the Dottybacks. I've seen one "in action" in a store, and yes, they are pretty, but boy are they evil.
Oh boy. How are you planning on catching him? I know you remember the story with mine. I was actually unable to get him until we did the tank transfer.
Hey, he may just have had a bad day, and hopefully he'll be back to his "normal" self again today.
You ROCK, Matt. Thank you. And yes, I do have to make a trip down there already.
Mike, when I come and visit, I'll bring my camera - if that's ok with you.
Wow, I'm loving it! You oughta be so proud. Looks great! Please do me a favor (or 2....or 3). Next time you come over, can you please scrape me off some of that coralline algae and bring it with you? I'm being dead serious.
Secondly...Kim was right. You can thin out some more of the anthelia...
Thank you, Mike. :) Your babies are doing fantastic by the way. ;)
No no no....it's still scary all right. I want it to stay scary, too, because I'm afraid to let my guard down.
