I just recently cleaned mine, its a BRS type canister with the bio-pellet insert.

Centropyge angels are really hit or miss, over time, I've had a total of four, and only one was truly reef safe.

Between the two preferences, I think I'd stay on the smaller size and go with the Powder Blue.
