Most are sent overnight and are fine for a few hours unattended- UPS also offers a hold/pickup at a local facility-all my tanks are smaller- under 40g, so I look for fish to fit the tank, and something different for each as much as possible- LFS seem to carry the same ol same ol or bigger higher...

I prefer buying fish locally but have had great success ( or luck) buying most of mine online- I've bought close to 3 dozen and currently have over 2 dozen in 4 tanks- only problem I ever had was internal parasites- Pazipro took care of that

You are a lot farther along than you admit. But I think the position isn't as much about experience with reefing as it is with the 'business' end, and I think you'd be great

All about the Benjamins- FB wants it's share of profits/ money made- but I think this group is less about selling, more abut sharing information etc

I've bought fish, corals from people on FB, and there are a whole bunch of companies that advertise both coral and fish on it for sale- eventually my brain catches up to itself- yes you can sell fish, corals and invertebrates on FB

How important is it to sell 'animals'- there are ways around the rules- 'share ' come to mind- Point is, is it feasible to go FB and still keep things about this group/ pages still acceptable to everyone. My experience with fb groups is there is just a simple feed, you have to do a search for...

That's a thought, I manage a FB group, but it is private and I have to approve each person who wants to join and I get to remove anything that I don't find acceptable- which is what we would want- there could/can be more than one monitor, and they would set the guidelines. Even if it is a corner overflow can't you plug it and have the tank drilled for a center back overflow- seems like too good of a deal to pass up. If it does work out I can help you get it off the truck
