Ive been doing this for years. My son loves the trick. But I won't tell him how it's done yet. There is a fine line though between a frozen bottle of water and one that's still liquid. Oh and haveing pure doesn't make a difference. The most important thing it to not disturb too much.

T5 is what I use and I have no desire to switch. And to add to what Kyle offered I can get you a piece of orange cap to play with too. Grows like a weed for me.

I can't believe nobody mentioned green slimer. For what it's worth my first three SPS were green slimer, orange cap, and monti spongeods. All three were fast growers for me and IMO all three have a stand out look.

I had 2 mp10's in my 90 and it was perfect. In a 75 with primarily LPS/softies you would be good to go.

So I have the opportunity to get a pair of yellow watchman gobies from a tank breakdown. I currently have a blue spot watchman in my 90. Before I commit can I expect any problems between them. Thanks in advance.

Looks like your on the way. Hidden reef is probably gonna be the cheapest Live Sand around. I dont think they sell Dr Tims though, but I have seen it at Fish Factory up the road from H.R. Doh, just remembered your not in Maple Shade anymore, so those places may be a drive for you.
