Is the temperature correct when she adds the water in? What percentage is she changing? What's the PH of the new saltwater? PH of the tank? Are the fish breathing heavily? TDS of the RO/DI water?

We use the Hanna meter which is only supposed to be accurate to .04. If this meter were truly to be accurate to .01 that would be quite impressive. I don't know of anyone who's ever used one though. Let us know how it goes if you get it!

Those really light areas look bleached to me. I wonder what color it is supposed to be... the color at the top looks more natural. I would second that they really don't like a ton of light.
